1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your receipt or order confirmation number.
Reporting Period: Any issues, such as damage or defects, must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. What Cannot Be Returned
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are non-returnable:
Customized Jewelry: Any items specifically resized or personalized for you.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.
3. The Exchange Process
We prioritize exchanges to keep your jewelry collection growing:
Report the Issue: Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Verification: Once your return request is received, we will inspect the item. An opening video of the parcel is highly recommended to support your claim and speed up the verification process.
Resolution: After approval, we will process an exchange for the same product or offer store credit/a replacement.
4. Shipping Responsibility
For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our official address.
